International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day was also celebrated by government and non-government organizations celebrated. Whoever celebrated any type of Days and Programs; actual victims are being unaware about such type of programs.

This is about Rolpa-1 Miching’s Kumari Rokka Magar. 13 years ago, doing inter-caste marriage with Jeet Bahadur Rokka Magar, the dweller of the same place, she had started the second half of her life. When her husband went for generating better income abroad, she was very hopeful to educate her children in better school. Poor woman would never think that her husband was not going to bake their lives, instead, was going to ruin their lives. After some years when he had relationship with other women abroad, she ignored her and left her.

Kumari, who was hopeful to live better life after her husband’s life, experienced the worst after his arrival because she got neither money nor love; instead, she didn’t know where the money went. She just knows the violence given by her husband and their family members. The lady compelled to detach the relationship with her husband due to the violence of his family makes complain that she was not given ANSA (share in the property) even.

“He listened to others and started beating me. Later he went abroad. After 5 years, when he came back, he was in love affair with his sister in law (SOLTINA / BUHARI). When I asked him why he treated her so, I was beaten badly and left alone with the three children,” says poor Kumari.
